EGE TMF Fuarı Kentsel Değil Bölgesel Bir Fuardır…

‘’İz Bırakan Fuarlar, İz Bırakan Sonuçlar’’ hedefi ile fuarcılık faaliyetlerine başlayan İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. 22-25 Mart 2017’ de Denizli’de düzenleyeceği EGE TMF – 1. Ege Tekstil, Konfeksiyon Makinaları, Tekstil Kimyasalları ve Dijital Tekstil Baskı Teknolojileri fuarı ile start vermiş oldu.

Özellikte ülkemizde düzenlenmeyen ve Anadolu’da ses getirecek, ülkemize yeni fuar merkezleri oluşturacak projeleri hayata geçirmek üzere 2016 yılında kurulan İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. Fuarcılık sektörüne yeni bir heyecan getirdi.

Konusunda uzman ve yaratıcı fikirlere sahip personel yapısı ile dikkatleri üzerine çeken firmanın kuruluş felsefesi ‘’ İz Bırakan Fuarlarla, İz Bırakan Sonuçlar’’ ortaya koymaktır.

Geçmiş yıllarda hazırlamış oldukları projeleri başka fuar organizatörleri ile hayata geçiren ve başarı sağlayan firma yetkilileri kendi projelerini artık kurmuş oldukları İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti çatısı altında dünya markası haline getirmek için caba sarfedecek.

22-25 Mart 2017’ de Denizli’de Büyükşehir Belediyesine ait EGS Park Kültür ve Fuar Merkezinde düzenlenecek olan EGE TMF – 1. Ege Tekstil, Konfeksiyon Makinaları, Tekstil Kimyasalları ve Dijital Tekstil Baskı Teknolojileri fuarı ve İzgi Fuarcılık projeleri hakkında bilgi veren firma Jeo’su Mustafa Kemal HIZARCIOĞLU yapmış olduğu basın toplantısında birbirinden çarpıcı açıklamalarda bulundu.

Mustafa Kemal Hızarcıoğlu açıklamasında şunları dile getirdi; ‘’ Bugün dünya genelinde ki fuarlara baktığımız zaman içerik olarak birbirinden farklı yalnız uygulama bicimi ve konsept olarak birbirinin benzeri niteliklere sahiptir. Her yıl veya süreli aralıklarla yapılan fuarlara baktığımız zaman sadece değişik olan katılımcı firmalar ve uyguladıkları görsellik göze çarpmaktadır. Ürün konsepleri katılımcıların üretimindeki yenilik ve çeşitliliğe göre değişebilirken fuar alanında sergilenen ürünler ve alandaki tüm diğer etkinlik veya unsurlar aynıdır. Bazen firmaların yerleri bile bir önce ki fuar ile aynı noktada olduğu göze çarpmaktadır. Belli bir zamandan sonra ziyaretçi firmalar ortaya çıkan görüntü ve tablodan dolayı fuarları ziyaret etmek istememekte ve ziyaretçi sayıları her gecen yıl düşmektedir. Bu durum hem ülkemizde hem de dünya genelinde bu şekilde devam ederken maalesef bir dönem kendisine her türlü medyada yer bulan, kapılarında kuyruk oluşan fuarların sayısı giderek düşmüştür.

İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti firmasını kurmadan önce değişik firmalar içerisinde çalışan arkadaşlarımız hazırlamış oldukları fuar projelerini başka kurumlara götürerek hayal ettikleri fuarları düzenleme gayreti içerisine girmişler, yalnız yine de istedikleri projeleri uygulayamamışlardır. Bu durum hep ülkemizde ki yatırımcı firmaların finansı sağlayarak daha çok söz sahibi olmak ve belli bir noktadan sonra projenin dışına çıkmak istemelerinden kaynaklanmıştır. Bugün bu arkadaşlarımızın hazırlamış olduğu geçmiş projelere baktığımız zaman ilklere sahip olduğunu görmekteyiz. Şimdi şahsım başta olmak üzere tüm arkadaşlarımıza hayallerini kurdukları fuarları düzenleme ve marka haline getirme fırsatı vereceğiz’’ dedi.

HIZARCIOĞLU açıklamalarını şu şekilde sürdürdü; iki dönem ITMA Fuarları satış temsilcileri arasında yer alma şansı yakaladım. Özellikle fuarcılık konusunda Avrupa firmalarının bizden bir adım önde olduklarını gördüm. Hazırlanan bir projenin bir program dahilinde farklı organizasyonlarla güçlendirildiğini, ayrıca yapılması gereken çalışmaların birkaç takvime bölündüğünü ve başarı için yapılması gerekenlerin bu takvim dahilinde olduğuna şahit olduk. Yapmak istedikleri bir proje üzerinde yıllarca araştırma yaptıklarını, ilgili sektörleri iyi bir şekilde analiz ettiklerini, satış çalışmalarına başlamadan önce yapacakları fuarla ilgili tüm organizasyonları ve etkinlikleri programladıklarını, proje aşaması bittikten sonra ise ilgili fuarın tanıtım ve reklam çalışmalarına başladıklarını görülmektedir. Reklam çalışmaları bittikten sonra fuarın satışına geçildiği, kısaca bizde ki gibi önce satışa başlayıp, parayı toparlayıp sonra tanıtım çalışmaları ve fuar programı şekillenmemektedir. Adamların yapmış oldukları fuarların protokol listesi bile daha işin başında şekillenmektedir. Bizde ise proje daha tam oturmadan fuarın satışına geçilmekte, en son ziyaretçi çalışmaları ve etkinlik programı hazırlanmaktadır. ITMA döneminde bir konuya şahit oldum. 2007 Münih fuarında sırf ziyaretçi için İstanbul, Bursa, İzmir, Denizli, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep tanıtım toplantıları tertip ettiler. Bu geleneklerini 2011 Barcelona fuarında da yaptılar. Bölgesel dergilere ve gazetelere, web sayfalarına ilanlar verdiler. Bizim ülkemizde yapmış oldukları bu çalışmaları dünyanın birçok ülkesinde gerçekleştirdiler. Fuarın içerisinde birbirinden ilginç konularda seminerler koyarken dünya tekstil zirvesini bu organizasyonlarda yaptılar. Sonuç olarak ise yapılan fuarlara dünyanın birçok noktasından binlerce insan ücret dahilinde gezmeye geldi. Fuar ücretleri dünyanın her yerine aynı şekilde uygulandı. Bugün baktığımızda bu fuar tekstil makinaları ile ilgili düzenlenen büyük bir marka haline gelmiştir. Fuar kendi kendini tanıtır ve satar bir konumdadır. Bizde bu tarz fuarları görmek çok azdır. İstanbul bugün dünyanın en önemli merkezlerinden birisidir. Yine dünyanın en çok fuar tertip edilen şehirlerindendir. Ülkemizde marka olmuş belirli sektörlerde önemli ve güzel fuarlarda var. Yalnız bu fuarlar daha iyi daha güzel ve dünyanın en büyük organizasyonu olabilir. Maddi ve manevi bazı kazançlarımızdan feragat etmemiz halinde dünyanın en iyi fuarlarını yapacak imkana sahibiz. Önemli olan bir konuda kendimize hedef koyup, iyi bir proje ile en iyi zamanı yakalamamız gerek. Zaman demişken mesela bizde bazen fuarların tarihleri sık sık değişiyor. Bunun nedeni benzer içerikli bir fuar karşımıza başka bir ülkede yapılmak istendiğinde. Biz marka fuarlarımızı oluşturmuş olsak fuar tarihini değiştiren bizler değil karşı taraf olmak zorunda kalır, ama maalesef tarih değiştiren genelde biz oluyoruz’’ dedi.

EGE TMF – 1. Ege Tekstil, Konfeksiyon Makinaları, Tekstil Kimyasalları ve Dijital Tekstil Baskı Teknolojileri fuarı ve daha sonra ki projeleri ile ilgili açıklamalarını sürdüren Mustafa Kemal HIZARCIOĞLU; ‘’ Ege Tmf Fuarını ülkemizin ve dünyanın en önemli tekstil üretim merkezlerinden birisi olan Denizli’de tertip edeceğiz. Kentsel bir fuardan ziyade bölgesel hatta uluslararası boyut kazanmış bir fuar göreceğiz. Ürün sergilemenin yanı sıra fuarcılık sektöründe hiç görmediğimiz bir takım etkinliklere şahit olacağız. Yine büyük katılımlı bir protokol ile görmeye alışık olmadığımız görüntülere sahne olacak. Her günü kendisine ulusal medyada yer bulacak şovlara, ziyaretçiyi fuarı görmeye zorunlu hissettirecek etkinlikleri bu fuarda görecek ve takip edeceğiz. Bölgede ve ülkemizde yer alan sektörde ki söz sahibi olan herkesi burada toplayacağız. Özellikle Denizli, Uşak, Aydın, İzmir gibi tekstil üretimi yapılan kentlerimizin bu konuda oldukça büyük bir desteği var. Bizler yıllardır tekstil sektöründe görmek istediğimiz bir fuarı, yine sektörde ki firmalarımızın fikirlerini alarak organize etmeye çalışıyoruz. Kısaca bu fuar bizim değil Türkiye’nin bir markası ve Türkiye’nin uluslararası alanda ki en güzel yüzlerinden birisi olacaktır.

Ege Tmf haricinde 2017 yılında yapmayı planladığımız ve ulusal medyada kendisine geniş bir yer tutacak ikinci fuarımızın proje hazırlıklarını tamamlamak üzereyiz. ‘’ Hedefler Olmadıkça Rekorlar Kırılmaz Sloganı ile hazırladığımız bu fuarımızda 1Milyon ziyaretçi hedefi ile çalışmalarımızı yine geniş katılımlı bir danışma kurulu ile yürütüyoruz. Bu fuarımız düzenlendiği yıl ülkemizin en çok konuşulan fuarı, yine birkaç yıl içerisinde ise en iyi markalarından birisi olacaktır.

Her iki fuarda da hedeflerimizi büyük tutmaya çalıştık. Amacımız önümüzde ki 10 yıllık süreçte ülkemizin en büyük fuar organizatörlerinden birisi olmaktır.

Şu anda her iki fuarla ilgili de çok titiz bir çalışma yürütüyoruz. Biraz daha profesyonel hareket etmeye çalışıyoruz. Konusunda ülkemizin en büyük firmaları ile işbirliğine gittik. Her şeyi kendimiz yapmak yerine bazı konuları profesyonellere bırakma yolunu seçtik. Bu firmalar zaten reklam çalışmalarımız başladığı anda kamuoyuna da duyurulmuş olacaktır. Alan kurulumundan, hava ve elektriğine, reklam ve tanıtım çalışmalarından, sponsorluk ve medya ortaklığına kadar her şey en ince detayları ile programlanmış ve satış pazarlama çalışmalarına başlanmıştır’’ .

Ege Tmf Fuarının satış ve pazarlama çalışmalarına Haziran ayının ikinci haftasında start verdik. Öncelikle fuarın proje ayağında görüşmüş olduğumuz, bu yolda bize inan firmalar ile görüşme ve onların yerlerini vererek başladı. Aradan gecen 45 gün içerisinde alanın % 50 satışını gerçekleştirdik. Beklemediğimiz bir taleple karşı karşıya kaldık. Eylül ayı gibi tüm satış çalışmalarını tamamlayarak, bölgede yer alan kentlerde Billboard, Tv ve radyo reklamları, basın bültenleri gibi tanıtım ve reklam çalışmalarına başlayacağız. Burada da bugüne kadar görülmemiş bir çalışma içerisine girerek, firmaları fuardan önce bölgede ki firmalarla bir araya getirmiş olacağız. Eminim ki bu çalışmalara başladıktan sonra birçok firma alanda kiralamış olduğu yeri büyültmek isteyecek, hatta makine götürmeyecek olanlar sergilemek isteyeceklerdir.

Bölgede ki üretim çeşitliliğine bağlı olarak fuarın katılımcı firmalarını belirliyoruz. Bölgede üretimi yapılmayan ürünlerle ilgili teknoloji üreten firmalar kendi isteği ile bile katılmak istese de fuara almama kararı verdik. Katılan firmaların ürün grupları bölge ile örtüşmeli ve burada açmış olduğu standı ziyaretçi gelmedi diyecek firmalarla kötü bir imaj oluşturmak istemiyoruz. O tarz firmalar ile ilgili fuar alanında farklı projeler ürettik. Belki alanda stant açamayacak veya ürün sergilemeyecek ama mutlaka bir şekilde gelen ziyaretçilerin onları da görmesini sağlayacağız. Konuşmamızın içerisinde de belirttiğim gibi çok farklı bir proje geliştirdik ve bu proje ülkemizde fuarcılığa yeni bir anlam kazandıracak. Bundan hem fuar organizatörü firmalar, hem sergileyiciler, hem de katılamayan firmalar kazançlı çıkacaklardır.

Bu arada katılmak isteyen firmalarımız için güzel ve sevindirici bir haberi paylaşmak istiyorum. Bilindiği gibi ülkemizde Yurt içi fuarları KOSGEB desteklemektedir. Yalnız bugüne kadar yapılan fuarlarda ilk kez organize dilen fuarlar destek kapsamında değildi. 06-06-2016 tarihinde yapılan bir değişiklik ile ilk kez düzenlenecek olan fuarlarda toplam net stant alanının % 25’lik kısmı desteklenmektedir. TOBB 2017 Fuar takvimi Ağustos, Eylül gibi açıklanmakta. Listeler açıklandığı anda KOSGEB Başvurusunu yapacağız. Burada firmalarımızın destek alabilmeleri için gerekli duyuruları da yaparak fuar hazırlıklarını bitireceğiz’ ’dedi.

Firma Teknik Sorumlusu Mehmet Saylar ise yapmış oldukları çalışmalar ile ilgili kısa değerlendirmesinde şunları belirtti; ‘’ Mustafa Bey’in geniş anlatımı ile güzel bir fuar hazırlığı içerisindeyiz. Amacımız sadece firmalarımıza fuarda yer satıp Denizli’ye götürmek değil, oraya gitmeden de kimlerin geleceğini, ne ürettiğini, ne sergileyeceğini bölge firmalarına duyurmak ve yapılacak işbirlikleri için fuarın gelmesini beklememektir. Şu anda çok güzel çalışmalar yapılmakta ve sektörümüz tarafından yakından takip edilmekte ve fuarımız büyük bir merakla beklenmektedir. Burada Mustafa Bey’in değinmediği bir iki konuya değinmek istiyorum. İyi bir web sayfası hazırlığı içerisindeyiz. Katılımcı firmalarımızın buradan sektör firmalarımıza tanıtımlarını sağlarken, tüm ziyaretçilerin fuar etkinliklerini kolay ve rahat takip etmelerini sağlayacağız. Yine fuarın ana başlıkları ile ilgili çeşitli haber ve makalelere yer vereceğiz. Dijital Tekstil Baskı Teknolojileri, Havlu ve Bornoz Örme Makinaları ile ilgili teknolojileri firmalarımdan gelen bültenlerle yayınlayacağız. Yine fuar dergisi hazırlığı içerisindeyiz. Bu çalışmamızda da tüm katılımcı firmalarımızı ve bölgede ki firmaların çalışmalarını anlatacağız. Satınalma grupları oluşturarak satıcı ve alıcıyı buluşturacağız. Yine yurt dışından ziyaretçi heyeti getireceğiz ve hem fuarı, hem kentte ki üretim üstelerini gezdirecek, Denizli’nin tarihsel dokusunu tanıtacağız. Katılımcıların ve ziyaretçilerin 4 gün boyunca unutamayacağı bir organizasyonla sizlere merhaba demiş olacağız diyerek açıklamalarını bitirdi.

EGE TMF FAIR HAS OPENED ITS DOORS...

One of the most important textile production centers in Turkey and in the world, Denizli has, after a long while, hosted Textile, Apparel Machines, Textile Chemicals and Digital Textile Printing Technologies Fair.

Opening its doors with intense participation in Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Culture, Congress and Fair area (Egs Park) on March 22nd, 2017, EGE TMF Fair has offered a feast of technology to textile manufacturers from Denizli and other surrounding provinces especially from Denizli for 4 days.

There was an active participation in the opening ceremony with the attendance of Ak Party Denizli MP Şahin Tin, Deniz Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Deputy Ali Değirmenci, Denizli Exporters Union, Head Deputy, İbrahim Uzunoğlu, President of Denizli Chamber of Commerce, Mehmet Tosunoğlu, the Member of Board of Directors of Denizli Chamber of Commerce, Mehmet Boyar, President of Denizli Textile and Clothing Industrialists Association, Mustafa Koltuksuz.

On 2nd day of the fair, Ak Party Deniz MP, Cahit Özkan, visited the fair and on 4th day of the fair, CHP Denizli MP, Melike Basmacı and Kazım Aslan visited the fair and Textile and Apparel Associations Federation of Turkey and Presidents and Representatives of 20 Associations connected with the Federation visited the fair and stands and presented their plaques for those contributing their efforts and labour for the fair.

EGE TMF Fair, Project Manager, Mustafa Kemal Hızarcıoğlu has stated the following in the opening ceremony; "First of all, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all protocol members and enduring and staunch textile machine and accessory industrialists for their interest and support. Denizli is one of the most important textile centers of our country and in the world. It has an increasing trend each passing day with its contribution it has made to national and provincial economy with the export it has made so far. Despite the greatest economic crises and not avoiding making investment at all, Denizli and Denizli industrialists constitute especially frequenter of technology fairs and has state-of-the-art facilities of our country. Today, we will be very honoured to host here the textile and apparel manufacturers from Denizli and all corners of our country."
Hızarcıoğlu has continued his speech as follows; "Denizli has opened its doors after a long while with such an organization. Our fair works we have started with a decision we adopted in November 2015 have been unfortunately suspended with treacherous and despicable coup attempt and increase in foreign exchange rate and increasing terrorist incidents and referendum to be held on April 15th and State of Emergency and this case has prevented the participation of several firms and despite this, we have reached today without losing anything from our excitement as in the first day. I would like to thank our valuable textile machinery and accessories industrialists and non-governmental organizations in Denizli who have never lost their support and trust in us."
He ended his statement by saying that "I hope this fair will respond to the expectations of our participating companies and visitors."

President of DETGİS Association, Mustafa Koltuksuz has said in his statement: "Textile Machines have arrived at Denizli with EGE TMF Fair under the leadership İZGİ FUARCILIK after 14 years. I would like to extend my thanks from here. As a textile businessman from Denizli, I am having a great happiness as such a big organization is held here. I hope this incident will be continuous and our city becomes one of the fair cities of the world with such organizations. I would like to extend my gratitude for myself and for my association to all protocol members and all participants coming to our city with EGE TMF Fair.

A beautiful environment and organization and machines working like a charm. This is an environment we really want to see. I would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has contributed their efforts and labours. I would like you to be aware of the fact that we will always give support to such organizations and fairs as Denizli Metropolitan Municipality. Such organizations change the atmosphere of a city. It brings mobility dynamism. I hope all of you get what you deserve.

Ak Party Deniz MP, Şahin TİN; "An organization suiting to Denizli"
Ak Party Deniz MP, Şahin Tin, has stated in his short speech; "I would like to express my gratitude to İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. and Mr. Mustafa Hızarcıoğlu for bringing such a beautiful fair to our city and such an environment to us. I see this event as a Denizli textile city and a delayed organization. We go to the fairs outside Denizli for getting technologies. And we see that such fairs can be organized here as well. Now, as Ak Party, we have a number of economic projects at hand. Again, we offer interest-free credit supports and grant loans. Now, we are getting prepared for establishing Machinery Organized Industrial Zone in Denizli. I hope we will produce many technologies here with the initiatives of your valuable industrialists. We have been working and will continue to work for continuous economic development and welfare since the day we came to power as AK Party. As mentioned in the opening speech of Mr. Mustafa, we had a treacherous coup attempt in July 15th. Afterwards, attacks from every corner of our country started. As mentioned by our Distinguished President, we will never let this country be taken under control by anyone else. We shall not surrender this country to them."

Following ribbon cutting with the participation of protocol members, participants and visitor firms, the fair was opened to all visitors.
Credit and incentive desk opened with the participation of 8 institutions under the leadership of Deniz Chamber of Commerce and innovative technologies exhibited for the first time have attracted great attention of the visitors.
While the vast number of pre-sale machines was attention drawing, the firms have expressed their satisfaction from the fair.

Ak Party, Denizli MP, Cahit Özkan, "A late fair"
On the 2nd day of the fair, Ak Party, Denizli MP, Cahit Özkan visited the fair. Delivering a brief speech, Özkan has stated; "That the fair is of vast participation in this way is a very crucial advantage for Denizli and our city. When Mr. Mustafa came 2 months ago and told us about this project, I got a great thrill and happiness. This was the fair really required to be held for Denizli. Now, we have visited the stands and the satisfaction they have expressed while handing over the plaques and their wishes for continuity of the fair are really elating. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Mustafa and I would like to point out that we will always be giving supports.

CHP Denizli MP, Melike Basmacı; "Apparently, this space is not adequate for Denizli."
CHP, Denizli MP, Melike Basmacı, stated in her brief statement after visiting each stand on March 24th, 2017; "We have witnessed during our visit to the firm, this space has become inadequate for this fair area. Today, here, there are many technology producers having participated from several countries of the world and our country. This is a pleasing progress for Denizli and our country. I hope we will host a fair with broader participation in the upcoming years. I would like to thank you very much for everyone who has contributed their efforts and labour for this fair.

CHP, Deniz MP, Kazım Arslan: "I really got pleased as a textile businessman from Denizli"
CHP, Deniz MP, Kazım Arslan visited the firm stands one by one during the fair visit and got information about the machines exhibited. In his statement, he said; "I am in a great happiness as an industrial textile businessman from Denizli. I am very pleased to see such technologies to be exhibited here after many years. Our industrialists have visited other fairs for years. Now, we see the persons, investors, industrialists coming to visit a fair organized in Denizli. I congratulate everyone who has contributed their efforts and labours".

Textile and apparel association federations and association president and representatives connected to the federation have visited the stands one by one and wished success to the firms. In addition to this, they have presented their plaques to the representatives of the companies that have contributed their efforts in organization of the fair.

It has been determined that a preliminary agreement in the amount of approximately 100 million Turkish Lira has been concluded in the fair flooded by visitors for 4 days. Weaving Machines, Knitting Machines, Painting and Finishing Machines, Textile Chemicals and Laboratory Products and Apparel Machines are in the foreground among the machines sold.

EGE TMF Fair Final Report Released

Final report of EGE TMF Fair Participant and Visitor held for the first time in Denizli by İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. between March 22nd-25th 2017 has been released.

EGE TMF 2017 hosted total 5833 recorded visitors from several cities especially Denizli, İzmir, Uşak, İstanbul and Bursa held between March 22nd-25th 2017 with the participation of total 94 domestic and international firms. Visitors were generally Firm Owner, General Manager and CEOs.

In the written statement released by İzgi Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti, it has been stated that "EGE TMF-1 Ege Textile, Garment Industry Machines, Textile Chemicals and Digital Textile Printing Technologies held in Denizli between March 22nd-25th 2017 have been carried out over the expectations. While this organization has been a great reassurance for our fair industry whereby industry firms are hesitant by considering 15th July treacherous coup attempt and terrorist events and economic development thereafter, that participating firms have established new business connections has really made us satisfied in terms of future of this fair."

In the statement, it has been reported that total 19 international participants 6 of which are direct and 13 of which are indirect and 75 domestic firms have attended the fair. While 90% of participating firms exhibit product one-by-one, 10% of which have attended with posters and brochures. While 35% of participating firms exhibit their machines in operating state, 35% of which have not operated their exhibited machines; 20% of which have attended with fabric, chemical products, spare parts and sub-industry products and 10% of which have attended with brochures and catalogues. While the firms exhibiting their machines and sub-industry products among the participants have attracted much more attention, again these enterprises have made the most business contacts.
In the fair, Knitting Machines, Fabric Dyeing Machines and Weaving Machines are among the most demanded products. Fabric Quality Control Machines, Textile Finishing Machines, Garment Industry Machines, Embroidery Machines, Laboratory Machines are the most attraction drawing and collaborating products among the visitors. Digital Print Machines, Textile Sub-Industry Product have attracted more visitors when compared with other product groups.

There were total 155 foreign firm visitors from İran, Iraq, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Syria, Germany, Italy in EGE TMF Fair whose the number of international visitor is fairly low when compared with domestic visitor.

The number of chief executive officers within fair visits has accounted for almost 50% of total fair visitors. Density of visitors that are mostly company owner and general manager has gained won the favour of participating firms.

That the number of non-industry visitors is little based on the data obtained from questionnaire results and negotiations held with participating firms throughout the firm has enabled a flexible and comfortable meeting environment. That visitors are ranging from Company Owner, General Manager and CEOs has revealed that faster results have been obtained.
The issue that the participating firms have mostly complained about is that the personnel in the companies have not been able to visit the fair sufficiently. In addition to this, insufficiency of advertisements throughout the city is one of the complaints of the participating firms.
